Modern meets history at 612North Event Space + Catering in St. Louis, MO. This renowned wedding venue is located in the historic Laclede’s Landing Cutlery Building. Just beside the iconic St. Louis Arch, this elegant and majestic space consists of three unique spaces. Couples are welcome to host their engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and receptions at the venue. Rich in history with a contemporary twist, 612North was previously owned by Henry Shaw, the founder of the Missouri Botanical Garden. Built in 1882 with exposed brick archways and ornate lighting throughout the building, this venue is both timeless and tasteful. The stately windows showcase breathtaking views of the historic Gateway Arch and Mississippi River. With a capacity of 700, the happy couple can choose to coordinate their wedding from three different areas within the building. The distinctive design of the venue means it can cater for parties of all sizes with several room set-up options available including cocktail tables, buffet stations as well as a wedding cake area. The team at 612North aims to deliver an unrivaled dining experience, with in-house catering and bar packages available. All dishes are made using premium quality ingredients. The venue offers private consultations and a complimentary menu-tasting experience for the couple as well as a personal ‘wedding captain’ on the day. Cake cutting services are included in the space rental as well as a four-hour premium open bar. We recently hosted my son's Rehearsal Dinner (70 ppl) followed by a Welcome Party (150+ppl) at 612North. I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about our experience. The space is beautiful, with views of the Arch, exposed brick and industrial lighting. From the detailed planning to the delicious food and incredible service, we highly recommend 612North for any major function. We received multiple thank you notes from guests about their experience!

My husband and I had our wedding last month at 612 North and it was absolutely gorgeous. The venue is stunning, which allowed us to need very little decor to mess with. Our day-of coordinators, Lindsey and Dayne, were very attentive and helpful throughout the day. They had good food, great bar packages, and the bartenders were very efficient and friendly. Overall, our experience with 612 North was great. The space is beautiful and spacious enough to accommodate our ceremony on one side, reception on the other. We really enjoyed using the bar in the basement for our cocktail hour as well! The team is professional and considerate, organized to the best they could be (the staff changed a lot while we were preparing for our big day, making some details get a little lost - nothing major - but if I hadn't reiterated one or two things I think they would have been forgotten), and flexible to last minute changes. The food was delicious, the wait and bar staff very engaging and kind. I want to comment that my sister in law, who is a new, nursing mother, was treated so kindly by the organizers - they gave her a private room in which to nurse while waiting for the ceremony to begin. I felt like that was above and beyond good service and it left a very positive impression.

And the staff was on point!!!We cruise through the wedding and on to the cocktail hour. We were able to get pictures in while the guest snacked on cheese, crackers, fruit and delicious drinks. Everything went off so smoothly (the staff made sure they hit the time marks...meaning the toast, the dances and the cutting of the cake) It isn't often that I get to say the food at the wedding was good. But no one had any complaints about the food that was served.I really and truly would like to thank the staff there. I don't know all of the ladies that were there and helped but your team was very helpful and professional.As the mother of the bride, from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. (that's also extended to the people serving the food and bussing the tables and the bartender) Everyone was so polite and professional. We could not have asked for a more perfect evening. Please keep up the good work. I will be recommending you to other people wishing to have that same kind of experience.

The venue its was very beautiful and it's close proximity to the Arch was an added bonus. My issues with this venue for future weddings would be the staff. From the time we signed the contract to have the wedding here up to our wedding we had 3 different wedding coordinators. I will say they all were responsive but you don't want people quitting in the middle of your wedding planning. We booked 1.5 years in advanced and we were told we might have the space available for rehearsal. Wedding was on a Saturday so the rehearsal needed to be on a Friday. Of course they had an event on the Friday before our wedding so our rehearsal had to be at noon on Friday which means all wedding party people have to be there Friday morning or Thursday night. The staff for the day of the wedding was a joke. They were maybe college aged kids who were wildly inappropriate and loud. For example, one would scream loudly while serving food to the point a few guests came up to me and asked what was happening. Another staff member kicked a chair in while walking past it into the table and startled some guests.Day of the wedding - state of the venue: We were allowed to be at the venue at 1:30 p for our 5p wedding. When we arrived the floors were still dirty from the previous night's event. The bathrooms were not clean and there was no toilet paper to be found. I, and many of the family members helping setup, asked for the floors to be cleaned and toilet paper which kept getting pushed off. The bridal suite was dirty and glittery to the point nobody could sit down. Worse yet there was a LEAKING PIPE in the bridal suite which dripped briefly on my wife's veil. For the cocktail hour downstairs, there was another pipe dripping on guests.Food and drink service: we had multiple people complain the bar was out of 7-Up at the very start of the cocktail hour and that they had ran out the previous night. We had a donut wall and some of the donuts were meant to be on plates in front of the wall because they had no holes. The staff shoved them on wall pegs which was pretty gross looking. We had the food station option which is buffet style. I guess the people in charge of releasing tables let people go back for seconds before everyone was feed resulting in one table telling me they weren't able to eat food.We had ordered up lighting for the cocktail hour and the reception which was not setup. I texted the wedding coordinator as soon as I saw this and she didn't respond, however they did give me a gift card to Kimchi guys to make up for the cost. Our wedding cake top was either lost or cut up because the next day we went back and they didn't have it and gave us chocolate cake (we only had vanilla). The toilet paper was constantly out during the reception and I had to ask a staff member to please replenish the supply.Summary: the view and setup is nice but the staff is not what you want on your wedding day. They are unprofessional (maybe not the wedding coordinator) and grossly unprepared to be around formal dinner parties. They may be understaffed which could have caused some issues?I would not recommend hiring them for wedding coordination services. Not sure if that's even an option but I wouldn't recommend anyone using them as your supporting cast for your wedding day.

We had the most magical wedding day at 612 North! We set our date in January 2021 and got married in May 2022 and even though we had a long engagement, Madison was an amazing help and was very responsive whenever we had questions and was so accommodating any time we changed our minds about some detail. We met with Madison about 2 months out from the wedding to finalize the day of plan and details and all the information she provided and documentation helped ease our minds that everything was in order and ready to go. We had our ceremony in VUE, cocktail hour in ARC and reception in VUE. The space was beautiful for each event and their team was great at flipping the space quickly. We had a plated dinner and the food was delicious and served very quickly. The bartenders were also great and there was never too long of a line at the bar from what my friends told me since I never had to wait in line thanks to our personal captains always ensuring I had whatever I needed. We also used 612’s Mirror Me photo booth and had them make our late-night snack of toasted raviolis and a chicken tender station, and both were a huge hit with our guests! While wedding planning is always going to be a little stressful in my opinion, Madison and the team at 612 North helped make the process as smooth as possible and I highly recommend them!

Getting married in a different state from where you reside can be difficult and extremely stressful however the staff eased all my stress. Since the first day of touring the space the staff was nothing but helpful. The coordinators are available no matter the time or day. They provide you with their personal number and offer virtual meetings. The space made accommodations for a private tasting for myself and my husband that worked around our schedule because we were not able to attend the group tasting. The food was amazing. The view is gorgeous and beyond anything you could imagine. You are in direct view of the arch that make for great pictures. I'm grateful and appreciative for the staff hard work because they were truly dedicated to making my special day everything I could imagine. If you are looking for a space whether for wedding, reception or just to celebrate any events please consider 612North it will be worth your while...

We worked with Madison throughout the planning process and she was our day-of coordinator and she was extremely helpful throughout it all (I couldn't have done it without her honestly). Our day went very smoothly and I had great feedback from our guests about it being the best wedding food they've ever had along with the staff/bartenders being very friendly and attentive! The venue itself is beautiful with great views of the arch and city. I would highly recommend this venue/company to anyone for their wedding day or other events!

We can't say enough about 612North! The venue is beautiful and we're still getting compliments on the food and how unique the event space was! We had to reschedule our reception in 2020 and it just about broke our hearts, but 612North worked with us. Even though we cancelled last minute, they did everything they could in their power to help us reschedule. Madison is amazing and even though I sent her about a thousand emails with different questions each time, she was always quick to answer and very patient with us. The night of our reception was very hectic, but Madison did everything in her power to keep us in the loop and ensure that everything ran smoothly. Which it did and we can't thank them enough for giving us the night we have waited so long for!

Madison was fantastic to work with throughout the entire planning process--really responsive and flexible, answered all our questions, and just overall super helpful in planning everything out. She also made sure our actual event ran smoothly on the day of so we didn't have to worry about anything. I also cannot say enough good things about the food--we had the food stations and got so many compliments from our guests on how this was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. From start to finish, working with 612North was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them!

We really love 612 North and their staff. It’s an absolutely beautiful space that showcases the arch and the river and we received several compliments from our guests! The staff were exceptional and Madison, our event coordinator, was always prompt with answering our questions and meeting our needs. As did many couples these past two years, we had several hiccups with COVID but we really loves that 612 allowed us flexibility and creativity with our new plans!

We really love 612 North and their staff. It’s an absolutely beautiful space that showcases the arch and the river and we received several compliments from our guests! The staff were exceptional and Madison, our event coordinator, was always prompt with answering our questions and meeting our needs. As did many couples these past two years, we had several hiccups with COVID but we really loves that 612 allowed us flexibility and creativity with our new plans!

My husband and I loved having our wedding at 612North! We had always envisioned having our wedding in the city, and the proximity to the arch grounds was perfect. The venue was beautiful - the exposed brick and large windows overlooking the river and arch required little to no extra decoration additions. Our coordinator was Madison, and she was extremely helpful! Always timely in our communications, professional and offered valuable insights/opinions in the decision making process. She was great to work with! The food offered at the venue was delicious and having a second location in the building for cocktail hour was neat. We would highly recommend hosting an event at 612North!

We had my daughters ceremony and reception at 612North and were very happy with everything! Madison was a pleasure to work- She was professional, responsive and helped guide us to make sure everything went perfectly! The venue is beautiful! We had the reception on the top floor, then downstairs for cocktails while they flipped the room. This worked out perfectly. The entire staff was friendly! Bar tenders worked hard! Acoustics are great. I highly recommend this venue and Madison!

We had the reception on the top floor, then downstairs for cocktails while they flipped the room. This worked out perfectly. The entire staff was friendly! Bar tenders worked hard! Acoustics are great. I highly recommend this venue and Madison!

Our wedding was originally summer 2020 and when we had to push it back to 2021, Madison and her team were incredibly understanding, flexible, and accommodating. It made such a stressful time a lot easier and we can’t thank them enough for that! The day of our wedding everything ran so smoothly and the venue was beautiful! We had our rehearsal dinner at 612 North and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The majority of our guests were from out of town and the views of the arch were spectacular! The venue set the tone for the entire wedding weekend. Madison helped us plan the perfect night for 65 guests. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member then took the elevators up to the beautifully lit room. The ambiance is spectacular even with minimal added decor. The bar tender was on it, the food was incredible and they special ordered champagne and gooey butter cake per our request. They had TVs for the slide show and microphones for the speeches. Truly could not have been easier. Thank you again Madison for throwing us the most memorable rehearsal dinner!!

WOW! Everything on the day of our wedding was absolutely perfection. I can not recommend this venue enough. We had the best experience. The space itself is stunning, and we were able to utilize both the downstairs and upstairs for our wedding/reception/cocktail hour. The staff was so friendly and the cherry on top was when the charcuterie board was presented in the shape of a heart :). Our guests can't stop raving about the appetizers and the mushroom risotto. Madison and the rest of the 612 staff were happy to accommodate every little detail and family tradition that we wanted to help make our day special. COVID wedding planning was extremely stressful, but Madison helped make things as smooth as possible, keeping us up-to-date with changing guidelines and constantly communicating and checking in on us. All of the staff wore masks, tables were spaced 6ft apart, and temperatures were taken at check-in, helping everyone to feel as safe as possible to enjoy the night! I would highly recommend 612 North to anyone looking to plan an event in the St. Louis area!

Obsessed with this venue, I'm having two parties there! When Covid hit, Madison at 612 was so perfect to work with. She was informative and accommodating when I decided to cut my numbers down to 25. We made adjustments and are now having our first anniversary, full reception, party at 612. The food - amazing. I'm excited to have a new menu for next years party! The staff during the small reception were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I am so happy with every aspect of this venue and can't recommend it enough!

Seriously, it felt like something you can only dream of but never actually get to experience. None of this would have been possible however without Christina at 612. She was our assigned event coordinator and contact person and was worth choosing the venue alone! Seriously, she was born to do what she’s does. Every crazy thought, question, or panicked changes I need to make, she made sure to address and make happen. The week leading up to the wedding we had what felt like almost half our guest list decide not to come due to the ever changing world we are living in and she made sure that stress was not on me with any accompanying changes that needed made. Then there’s the food and drinks, just delicious and can you say hefty portion sizes! You’re guests won’t go hungry I promise you that :). She is so thoughtful and pays attention to every little detail. We even pulled off having dueling pianos for our entertainment at the reception and it made our dreams come true. Couldn't have asked for a better venue. Christina was amazing to work with. The food was amazing, the service was flawless. I had a May date for my wedding, then covid hit and I was devastated. 612 worked with me to figure it out and were so accommodating. I went from a 150 person wedding to 35 and with my smaller guest list the space still felt so amazing. I would recommend this venue for all your events. I got so many compliments about the food and how awesome the space was. 5/5 stars for sure- I would give more if I could!

Having a wedding in the middle of a pandemic is far from ideal and at times was very stressful and overwhelming, however, working with Christina Walsh at 612 North made planning so much easier! I was in contact with Christina every step of the way and she was so wonderful to work with and I highly (HIGHLY) recommend anyone and everyone to work with her. Although I got married during the pandemic, I truly felt like I had the wedding of my dreams. The event space was beautiful and because we had a guest count of about 100, we were able to spread out in the space and it made all of my guests feel comfortable. The staff was so friendly and provided excellent service to all of my friends and family. We couldn't be more thrilled with the staff and our experience at 612 North.

The event space was beautiful and because we had a guest count of about 100, we were able to spread out in the space and it made all of my guests feel comfortable. The staff was so friendly and provided excellent service to all of my friends and family. We couldn't be more thrilled with the staff and our experience at 612 North.

Planning a wedding during Covid was stressful, but working with Madison Payne made everything seem easy. Madison was available anytime via email , text, or social media. She was extremely responsive whenever I needed her, even when myself or my mom went Bridezilla. Madison and her team set up an amazing tasting so we could pick our food, they rehearsal and day before our wedding we were able to go into the venue and set everything up which made such a difference for my piece of mind. The day of the wedding , Madison and her team were ready and there for us every step of the way. They even had someone designated to making sure if I needed a drink, it was brought to me. Everyone has continued to rave to us about how amazing the food was , as wedding food can be quite “typical” but let me tell you, ours was full of flavor, not dry, and everyone loved it! During times of Covid, they kept the entire venue clean, staff wore face masks, and had hand sanitizer available everywhere. We felt very safe and clean. The venue itself is beautiful, I couldn’t be happier with the breathtaking views of the arch and river. It truly is a one of a mind venue space that provides the rustic feelings I was wanting.Thank you again to Madison and her team! You all made my day perfect!!!!

The catering group in 612 North was able to quickly meet with us and have a tasting 10 days before our wedding. Even with short notice, they didn’t cut any corners and made sure we had everything we wanted to taste. The food was delicious, and sealed the deal that everything was going to be perfect on our day. Everyone who attended the wedding complimented the space and the food throughout the whole night. We honestly cannot thank 612 North and Madison enough.

Christina then took over due to reduced staffing and she was just as wonderful. The food was fantastic. The venue was gorgeous. The views were unforgettable. Everyone was extremely helpful, even the bar tenders and wait staff. We felt completely safe as masks were provided for all of our guests, hand sanitizer provided in multiple locations, and tables were very well spaced out. Our night was flawless and completely perfect thanks to 612!!! We would rebook with them without even questioning it.

Knowing that I was in very capable hands made me feel relaxed on the wedding day and even the days prior. Christina was always professional and helpful with everyone involved with the wedding. Although I knew Christina was crazy busy, she always made feel as though l was the only event that she was working on and like we were longtime friends. Her bubbly and joyful spirit is everything you could want in an event coordinator.The space is beautiful with the tall windows, brick walls, modern lighting, and the view of the St. Louis Arch. It was a hit will all my guests! The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about how great it was all night and weeks to follow. Jose and I held our rehearsal dinner at 612 N and it was the most perfect event! We cannot say enough about this venue and the 612N team! Christina and her team were incredibly attentive to detail, our vision, and our budget from day one. They were by far the most accommodating venue we dealt with whether it was for the rehearsal dinner or reception. The team at 612N truly worked hard to accommodate our budget without making us feel like we couldn't have what we wanted. The culinary team worked with us to find something that not only satisfied our budget, but also our taste buds. Seriously, guests could not say enough about the food! At times, we were unsure about how big of a space we were getting, but the team assured us, through many different room layout drafts, that it would be perfect, and that it was. Additionally, the 612N team was so easy to communicate with. I never had to follow up on e-mails, worry about communication, or feel as if I was just another client. The 612N team was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Also, being an out of town bride, the team at 612N moved schedules around to be sure I was treated with the same service as any other in town bride. They made every effort, even if it was on a weekend, to be sure I was able to partake in a tasting and do any tours I needed. In fact, they even were able to squeeze in last minute tours for those coming in from out of town who wanted to see the space before hand. I truly cannot say enough about the services we received from 612N. I never had to worry about being stressed out because they had it all under control from day 1 and were often a step ahead in the planning process. Because of the many phone conversations, emails, in person meetings, and individualized attention, we truly felt like we were celebrating with family come the night of our rehearsal dinner and not just a host. If you want a breathtaking venue and a team that specializes in satisfying ANY budget, gives you all of their time and more, pays attention to your vision, needs, and detail, then 612N is your go to! Plus, the food was PHENOMENAL! We cannot thank the team at 612N enough for making our wedding weekend magical, stress free and one that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Jose and I held our rehearsal dinner at 612 N and it was the most perfect event! We cannot say enough about this venue and the 612N team! Christina and her team were incredibly attentive to detail, our vision, and our budget from day one. They were by far the most accommodating venue we dealt with whether it was for the rehearsal dinner or reception. The team at 612N truly worked hard to accommodate our budget without making us feel like we couldn't have what we wanted. The culinary team worked with us to find something that not only satisfied our budget, but also our taste buds. Seriously, guests could not say enough about the food! We worked mostly with Christina (events & catering director) who is simply amazing. After our first meeting, an estimate was drawn up and emailed to us that evening so we could start working on our budget. Christina worked with us every step of the way, always with a smile on her face. There is so much you can do with the beautiful slate that is VUE (their 5th floor venue). We fell in love with the exposed brick and industrial lighting, and loved that we could have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place without our guests seeing the same room twice. Our cocktail hour was on the lower level of the building, also known as ARC. Again, ARC is a view on its own and easy to decorate minimally or extensively and still look great. The staff at 612 offer a complimentary tasting where we got to hand pick the menu for our day. We have recieved numerous compliments on all of the food served that evening, even some guests who have sent us pictures attempting their own version of an item off our cocktail menu (the cantaloupe/prosciutto/goat cheese with honey drizzle), it was a hit! With this venue there is so much room for each couple to make the venue their very own, 612North has a great relationship with many vendors in the area (we chose An Affair to Remember) to help with decor. June 28, 2019 was a beautiful (hot) day and just as our last guests were arriving a storm was rolling in. All of our guests got to watch the storm from VUE and as the ceremony began it started pouring down. It was so perfect for us because it had rained on all of our relationship milestones and made our commitment to each other that much more special. I realize no one has control of the weather but our day really was sooooo special. I just cannot say enough good things about this staff, everyone was so wonderful and our day was perfect. We had the most perfect wedding reception at 612North. The event coordinator, Christina, answered all of our questions and made the night perfect. I really wanted family style, which they accommodated perfectly. A friend of mine, who’s a chef, said it was the best wedding food he had ever had. I received multiple compliments on the food. The venue is stunning. At this time, they don’t have table decor, so you will need to purchase candles, vases, etc. We had a 6 piece band that fit the space perfectly. The total guest count was 150. I would recommend 612North for future events.

612 North is absolutely amazing! We had our wedding reception there and it was fantastic- we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The price was affordable and Christina and the 612 crew took care of almost everything!! It was almost as if we booked the reception & wedding planner all in one. The only things 612 did not provide was a DJ, cake, and centerpiece decorations but the best part is- they were available all day the day of the wedding for those three parties to go in and set up on their own time. It was absolutely stress free for me (bride), my husband, and our family. The food is AWESOME and the cook let us change whatever we wanted on the menu; however, that was nothing for us because everything was delicious. For example, we could have changed dressings on certain salads, certain bread, etc... though they have you choose from a few different menus, it still felt as if we designed the menu ourselves. They give you a FREE tasting before the wedding. The night of Christina was there to make everything go smoothly (which isn’t a surprise because she basically available to us 24/7 everyday months before the wedding), the bartenders were SO much fun, and the rest of staff was competent, helpful, and FUN!! If I could do my wedding over again the only thing I would change— I would have booked BOTH the ceremony and reception at 612!!!!

While I had never heard of this place, the pictures online matched the bridal vision in my head. Within ten minutes of stepping foot into the building and seeing the Arch view, my fiancé and I didn't want our wedding to take place anywhere else. The venue is elegant. The view is breathtaking. The staff is outstanding! Christina Walsh and her dream team made the entire planning process fun. With the open floor plan, you can execute any wedding vision. The kitchen and chef are in-house which made the meal selection process a SNAP! My wedding guests raved about the food quality and taste. Christina's team facilitates every detail leading up to and on the Big Day. I was able to enjoy my wedding day instead of hassling with flowers or cake delivery. There was no question or request that she could not answer or implement without a smile on her face . Chef Bryan , head chef, was eager and excited to help create a menu that would be unique and delicious. I felt certain that my event would be incredible !! Since 612 North was a new venue I knew that my 145 guests would be surprised ... Well , they were blown away !!! They loved the beautiful decor and the food was beyond delicious !! The brick walls and archways, wood floors, industrial touches, and amazing view are gorgeous and everything I could have asked for in a wedding venue. The event director, Christina, was a dream to work with. She was so flexible and responsive with every question and request that we had. She really went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was exactly we wanted. The venues has an experienced head chef who was invested in creating a menu that we would love. His pairing choices were perfection and everything he made was well prepared and delicious.I heard nothing but positive reviews from all of our guests throughout the day. The food was amazing, the staff was wonderful, and the venue was just stunning! We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day. You cannot go wrong in choosing 612North to host your event!

She really went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was exactly we wanted. The venues has an experienced head chef who was invested in creating a menu that we would love. His pairing choices were perfection and everything he made was well prepared and delicious.I heard nothing but positive reviews from all of our guests throughout the day. The food was amazing, the staff was wonderful, and the venue was just stunning! We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day. You cannot go wrong in choosing 612North to host your event!

We held our reception at 612 North Event Space & Catering; it was phenomenal! We viewed many other reception venues, and nothing else wowed us the way 612 did! The open floor plan, the exposed brick, the view, the details, everything is beautiful! We had 225 guest, and was very comfortable. Christina was absolutely amazing throughout the planning process. She replied to every question we emailed her promptly and professionally and was genuinely excited for us! We received so many compliments on the room, the view, the food, the bar, the service, 612 even accommodated a special beer requests for my family. I would absolutely recommend 612 North Event Space & Catering and Christina to anyone getting married, or hosting a party - I wouldn't have changed anything about our wedding night! 612North Event Spaces & Catering will quickly become one of the most popular wedding venues in the area and a great asset to The Laclede's Landing!

We just had the best party ever at 612North Event Space, totally stress free! I didn't think that was even possible, but Christina and Kate had a solution for everything I had questions about before the party, and the evening of the party everything was just as I was promised it would be. The room has the most beautiful view out of all the windows. Everything was clean. The servers were friendly and professional and went out of their way if we needed anything. The food was delicious. I could go on and on. I am so happy we chose to have our party here. I will definitely choose 612North Event Space any time I want to have a fun and memorable party.
